Maybe not reset...I heard an RFE can hold you up about 2 weeks. In my case it was about 3. I know how you feel friend. It's coming soon. You will probably get a letter in the mail. Nothing on the either site or the app has been updated for me yet.

Mine will hit 4 weeks tomorrow and I didn’t even receive an update that they received my file

How many April filers are still waiting for NOA2 from TSC? Looks like May filers are starting to get approved but I’m still waiting.

My case was just sent to NVC today. I filed April 4. You should contact USCIS

Good luck at the next stage! Mine was received Apr 16 so looks like it's getting close. The May people are probably non-US citizens. They're taking longer for people who are US citizens vs residents.

I've called USCIS but they won't give any additional information. They said to submit an inquiry after it's past the inquiry date listed on the USCIS Processing Times. As of now, they are at March 30th for US citizens filing for a spouse. So, I have to wait another 3 weeks for NOA2 before I can submit an inquiry.

I’m also waiting for noa2, since 04/25.

We are calling uscis every week and get the same answer - keep on waiting.

To people who got rfe - at least you know that somebody is working on your case, not like us for example, you just wait and don’t even have a clue what’s going on with it.

I can't speak for all the May filers here but I'm a US citizen- born and raised and I received notification from my case tracker app yesterday that our I-130 was approved. They don't necessarily seem to be processing in order. At least not a strict order.

I had also filed for a K-3 which I know is very rare to get approval on. It's now outside the normal processing time and I've submitted an inquiry through the USCIS website. They said I will receive a response by Dec 21. Let's see if this speeds anything up.

We're neck and neck on this race hah! Your petition was approved before mine, but mine arrived at the NVC earlier. Now you got your case number before me! Congrats! :)

Thank you!

I hope you’re getting yours very soon too. Final stretch now.

Zeeshan916 I am still waiting too.  NOA1 April 6th old site.  TSC.  242 days now. Two days until we are outside of normal processing times.  Both my inquiry and my Congressman's inquiry got the same response:  Action within 60 days.  May be waiting until sometime in Mid January.  This is ridiculous.
