Hi Axa,

I'm also an April filer.  PD 4/2/18.  just beginning this journey and my petition was sent to Nebraska.  At first, I was worry it was going to take a year for an approval but it looks like it's only going to take 7-8 months. What Service center did your paperwork get sent to?

NSC has caught up from last year, I'm seeing a lot of approvals in between 6 and 7 months now.  Potomac is considered the slow service center now.  Crazy how big a difference 1 year can be. Originally, I was praying our petition would go to Potomac...............but not so much anymore.

yes @rbzdjyummy. NSC has improved a lot than last year. It is approving Sept 2017 petitions now. I was almost in tears  when application went to NSC but my timeline shows approval would be somewhere around second week of November which is like 7 months from now.

You can check processing times where it Says “processing times” on the home screen. Use the link below. Shows you the most recent approvals for all SC.

Just received notification of our I-130 acceptance via txt and email. We're routed to the Potomac Service Center. I'm crossing my fingers that the process goes smoothly. Good luck everyone.

Hello, just wondering if it is normal for them to take 10 days or more to send feed back on NOA1. I mailed mine on Saturday April 14 and the post office said it was received on Monday April 16 but I have not gotten any confirmation. I filed from California to PO Box 21700 Phoenix, AZ 85036. The checked hasnt been deposited either.

Mine was delivered on Thursday April 19, 2018 to the Chicago Lockbox according to USPS and they cashed the check and sent email notification on Tuesday April 24. So 10 days seems weird but you filed at another lockbox. Might be normal for Phoenix?
