Just got banned from visajourney and no idea why

Hi 

 

So 2 days ago i realized i could not log in to my account and now its says i am Banned. I do not understand what happened this is a super useful website for me i checked it every day while we wait for our NOA 2. 

Now i registered this new account and i would like to ask if someone can help me contact to the side admin or someone who can undo this bann. 

 

I have seriously no idea what could have been the problem. My best guess is that  i recommended a mobile app to check the case status but i don't understand why would anyone bann me for that.

So all i can think of is that it was a misunderstanding and someone can help me undo this.

 

And i also see that this is probably not the best topic to ask in but i have no idea where or who to write to.

 

[UPDATE] I find the support button and asked for help - hope they answer quickly

Maybe wjeszy but not sure i only know the email address for sure :/ (i just wrote a support ticket tho)

Shows that you logged in 30 mins ago, but you are flagged as a spammer. Maybe our lead Mod will have more information, it's possible you have a shared IP with someone how was spamming.

So what should i do? i mean i think i posted one thing in two forums but i just wanted to help others with the information. I did not know that is counts as spamming already.

It is hard to be sure because we action many reports daily, but if I remember right, it was the mobile app;  While you had a few genuine posts, there then was a break in posting, and then several posts in a short time extolling the virtues of this mobile app.  So basically, it looked like your account was either hijacked by a spammer, or like you made a few posts to appear genuine before starting to spam.

Well it was me all along. I found that program and i wanted to share it with others. I really had no idea that it could result this. I learned the lesson tho so not doing it again. Is there a way to get my main account back or i use this new one now on?
