No need to be so sensitive, didn't say anything wrong with attorney. Just wondering why OP has one, worried about interview and spreading BS.

Mine was transferred to local office in late February but I never gotten a letter about the transfer. A tier 2 agent told me my case was still in VSC. I got approval letter last week, no interview. (I’m an April 2017 filer.)

hope this info helps~

Smh internet trolls have arrived to this sub with their “connections”.

No way everyone will be interviewed.

Once you are a resident, you have to go to the court system to remove it and the burden falls on them, you can always refuse interview at this stage and battle it in court and win, unless they have something very serious to prove to the judge that its not a legitimate marriage.

Before you are a resident ita completetly different than after you become a resident.

Dont worry about people that come in here to scare immigrants, I wouldnt even let interviews scare you.

Hello All,

My I-751 is still pending filed on July 7 2016. I did applied for N-400 with pending 751 which was fine according to USCIS as I called them and confirmed before I file for n400. My N-400 application was approved on time. I had interview . Something very unexpected happened . I went for an interview on time and they scanned my appointment letter and gave me waiting number same like other applicants. they called my number after 20 min of wait officer came out called my number from the door and said '' Sorry we can not take your interview as your I 751 is still pending. They asked me DID YOU COME FOR ANY 751 INTERVIEW BEFORE? I said no. lady officer told me '' you need to make sure that your I751 needs to be approved so if you receive second n400 interview '' DO NOT COME IF YOUR 751 is still pending" so contact USCIS and make sure that you complete 751 case. :-( They did not even called me in interview room nor proved any kind of forms or paper. After few days I took Info pass appointment at local USCIS office. I been their with my spouse to find out what exectlly to expect they said the same thing that you need to come for interview and it will take around 3 months to schedule interview for 751 and once you will get approved around 3 months for 400 interview.  My 551 extension stamp was about to expire so the office gave me 1 year extension stamp again just for safe side.  After one week of that I received letter now for 751 interview and they have ask me and my wife to go for interview with proof of relationship since the date i applied for 751.  They have mentioned in interview letter that " The interview is going to be VIDEO TAPED"  I really dont understand what is happening this days. Is their any one else have been to Interview if yes please let me know  your experience.  Its really tensed situation
