Waiting on Interview Schedule since 6/15/17

Our case status for AOS (from K1) has remained on fingerprint fee received and that our case is at NBC, since May 9 last year.  I was always checking status at egov.uscis.gov until today, when I read in another post here that this website has more information:

When I created a second account at this alternative website, our case status says:  “We are scheduling your interview”, and to my surprise it’s been that way since June 15 last year.  We still haven’t heard anything (we are in NYC, Queens area) outside of having received EAD/AP combo card last year.  

 

Should I be concerned that we haven’t had any update or letters in the mail since that June 15 update that I just found out about?  Or is it normal that it’s been almost a year since we filed?
