Annual income requirements

Here is a link to the HHS Poverty Guidelines.  The minimum income depends on how many people you are supporting.  There will be at least two people (you and your fiance), plus any kids or anyone else you are supporting.  I think most embassy's will approve you with 100%, but when you file for Adjustment of Status after the wedding, you will have to prove 125%.

It depends on how many dependants the petitioner has.

It also depends what state they’re in (Alaska and Hawaii differ). If the fiancé has no children or any other dependants, they are a household of 2. Petitioner needs to earn 125% of the poverty requirement, not just 100% of it.

K-1 is 100% for the I-134.  I-864 is 125% later during AOS to green card

YMMV

I know but what’s the point of getting passed the first stage only to get stuck in AOS? I just say 125% so someone doesn’t think making 100% will carry them through the whole process, as it would suck to start it only to find out you don’t actually make enough once in the states.
