Hey everyone!

Where / what address do I send the Aff. Of Support/ I-134 once it’s time? Are they particular about how you send it in? ( ie envelopes, labeling, etc).

Our visa process is UK coming to US

As above user mentioned, that’s one of the documents the beneficiary brings to the interview. Not sent anywhere. Check the UK embassy’s website for a list of documents you send (called packet 3) before the interview takes places. The I-134 is not one of those things.

Nothing is sent directly to the embassy in London prior to the interview. K1s bring everything to the interview.

Must be different from Canada and a lot of

other embassies then, where you have three things you need to send before you can schedule an interview.

From the London instruction web page--

Assemble all of the documents required in support of your application, including the Affidavit of Support from your fiance(e) or in the case of a K3 visa applicant, spouse. For a list of required documents click here.  Do not send any documents to the Immigrant Visa Unit before your interview.

Thank you! Does it need to be the original or would I be able to scan it/fax over to the beneficiary?

The best practice on everything immigration is: Forms or letters requiring a signature should be presented as originals.  Some people have been allowed through with a scanned copy, but hey, this is important stuff to you so go for the best practice if possible.

Your evidence like tax return, W2, pay slips are always accepted as photocopies or scans by London.
