K1 visa bringing illegitimate child on k2

Embassy doesn't ask for it.

 

Consent of the "father" is not needed.  Mother has sole custody of the children

My friend was just approved on February 14th,2019...they had no issues. Embassy did not ask for anything..just like Hank said. As a matter of fact this is my second friend that was approved in the last 2 months that had children on a k1.
