My PD is 04May2016 according to MAY 

Visa bulletin it will current in may...CSPA protect me till July...and my case is under cspa review since 8weeks now i sent expedite reauest to NVC....

It will approve or not???? How much days NVC takes for decision

Depends on what the expedite is based on. If you just an expedite just because you want it done faster, it may not get approved. They need the time to do the work.

My PD js current in next VB and NVC must expedite my case otherwise my agr will be out....i think its genuine case for expedite....NVC alreday mentioned on NVC website

Your CSPA-adjusted age is based on when the PD becomes current. They don't need to do anything expeditiously to avoid aging out. You don't meet CSPA coverage one day and not the next (so long as you seek to acquire permanent residency within 1 year of the PD becoming current).

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
