Hello, please I am starting to get worried here a little bit. I spoke to the NVC on phone this evening and they told me that my file is in transit to the consular service.My main concern here is that, she said the file was sent electronically. I asked if that's how they usually send the K-1 files to the embassy in Ghana? and she said they sometimes do send it by post and also electronically, so in my case, it was sent by electronically.

Please any help?

I also, asked her if I needed to fill out the I-864 etc? and she said those should be decided by the embassy in Ghana.

K1 need I-134 for affidavit of support not I-864. And, Yes you should fill out I-134 unless there is specific information from Ghana to not to.

Some files do. It is normal. there’s nothing wrong about it don’t worry about that
