Hi! My case was expedited last month at the embassy and is already at the USEM in Manila. Will I receive an interview date appointment or will I schedule it myself? I’m confused because my agency would want to receive an interview date appointment from the USEM itself.

With an Expedite you schedule your own appt.   Call the embassy for this:

Scheduling the Interview:
By Calling (632) 976-8500, (632) 976-8501 or (632) 976-8502.
This service is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., except on Philippine and U.S. holidays. Callers may speak with an English-, Tagalog-, Ilocano-, or Cebuano-speaking operator.
Applicants, agents or petitioners calling from the United States may also use this service by calling (703) 520-2235.

So there is no chance that an embassy interview date will be sent to me directly by the USEM? Because my agency prefers that the schedule will come from USEM itself

Those phone numbers are at the embassy, the appoint is issued by the embassy.    They will send you an email notification for the appt.

Normally you would receive a letter with the appt. but with the expedite that doesn't happen.  You can sit and wait for a letter if you choose.
