I-134 self employed

I think this is fairly straight forward, but I can't find an answer. I'm doing I-134. I'm self employed and earned enough to meet the threshold this year. Do I simply include my tax form or do I need to include multiple years? Do I need any other documents. This is for Manila

Technically, the I-134 instructions only ask for the last income tax return filed for self-employed people.  However, you may want to include more than one to prove consistent income.  But, you should also wait for someone familiar with the embassy in Manila, and see what they think.

Honestly I gave 3 years of W2's (all from same company) to show consistency. Tax transcripts really are only required for AOS process later; but if you do use these for the I-134 (which is perfectly fine to do) I'd show a couple. Show that everything is consistent. 

For me I gave:

3 years W2's

6 pay stubs (3 months current ones) 

Letter from employer stating job info/details

 

So for you I'd say write basically your own employment letter and give couple years tax info just to show again consistency.

Just the one year should be fine for the K-1 visa. USEM  COs very rarely even ask for the I-134, but you should have the information ready in case they do.

USEM = US Embassy in Manila

CO = Consular Officers
