Submitted AOS forgot to put extra photos in

I sent my AOS off today and I submitted the 2 photos required but I forgot to submit another 2 for the EAD. Can I send another letter off tomorrow with them in, or shall I just wait for a RFE

Also forgot additional photos . But I still got my EAD. No RFE. Maybe you’ll get lucky too. 

April 22, 2020 - I-751 sent

April 23, 2020 - I-751 received at Lockbox 

April 29, 2020 - Check cashed
??? - didn’t receive text or email confirmation. Ugh!

Ok that’s good to know. Thanks... I read online that you don’t have to file with the AOS you could file afterwards but you have to put your NOA1 in it so I was just going to send it in again with all the evidence. But maybe il Just wait now and keep my fingers crossed

Good luck. A lot of it has to do with which person happens to be looking at your file. Since it’s now digitialized kind of ridiculous they need more photos.
