Thanks for the challah info  What else sounds good today? Last night I made stuffed grape leaves for Mohammed. There was a green pepper in the frig, so I stuffed that too. I was looking around for something else to stuff...lol. He thinks I'm a genius in the kitchen. Little does he know that before he came to America, my idea of cooking dinner was a bowl of microwave oatmeal.

it would probably be fine. i'm no doctor but my doctor friends tell me expired medicine lasts way longer than the expired date usually. especially something like that. no harm in trying it.

g'mornin everyone. i may have found a buyer for my house. maybe.... since i found the potential buyer, do i HAVE to use the realtor? am i allowed to bypass her all together? it would be nice to knock out the middle man but i dont wanna break any laws or contracts. my husband said "just go ahead and do it yourself" i reminded him that there was a contract but he said to cancel it if the guy gets financing. anyone know what i can do???? any help would be appreciated.

Read your listing agreement. I bet there's a clause in there that states a sale to any party who views the home while it is listed is subject to the commission.

You might want to speak to your realtor about lowering thier fee.
