we have already paid for the visa application fee $265, scheduled appointment for ASC and embassy interview. Do we need to set an appointment for the medical exam or just show up really early? can it be paid in pesos or dollars? are there any other fees or payments i am missing? is there a separate charge for the ASC appointment? any help is great

Some people do walk in without appointments, but I'd recommend making one over the phone or on the internet.  They will take payment in American dollars, by a Visa debt card.  

 

As far as I know, the ASC appointment is no charge.  Bring all your documents to this appointment.
