I submitted documents, 4 of them were rejected because it was scanned in sideways (original document). They have to be in the correct orientation. That caused a delay of two weeks.

Rotated PDF which was good enough for them and all documents have been approved. Now waiting on interview date.

How long does it take to get an interview date after all of your documents have been approved?

Thanks! Good luck everyone.

hello did u got your interview now after you sent your documents?

Civil Documents

Parent's Birth Certificate

Parent's Marriage Certificate

Parent's Police Clearance
Parent's Passport Biographic Page
Petitioner's Birth Certificate
Family Photo

AOS Documents

I 864
ITR 2015, 2016, 2017

I 864A

Marriage Certificate
Spouse's Passport (as proof of US Citizenship)
Spouse's US Driver's License (as proof of US Domicile)

As of today, everything has been accepted except for the i-864A and Proof of Relationship between Sponsor and Household member. It still says "submitted" on the website. Anyone had this instance happen to them? People who received interview letters, did everything you submit show "accepted"? I'm just curious whether they've reviewed everything or are still ongoing.

Unfortunately, I also received an RFE for a 2017 Tax Transcript. So guys, send tax transcripts instead of tax returns. I should've done more reading before submitting everything. I was confident an ITR would be fine since it was accepted a few years back when I petitioned my husband. Learn from my mistakes guys. 😃

same here i just read all your posted guys i got rfe for 2017Tax return they no more accepting income tax return😟 and about the i864a i did the same its says submitted but when i call them they fix it for me they said in there system its accepted but in my portal its not it says submitted..

@jhenril at NSC our processing time is like 7.5 months to 10 months! Idk the reason why they took so long! I’m just guessing due to government shutdown?

Congratulations!

My case was also in Nebraska Service Center, with March 28th priority date.

On Jan 14th, they finally sent it to NVC and NVC received it on Jan 22th, according to the agents I’ve talked to. I have called twice since then, but no case number or invoice ID yet for my mom’s case.

All I could learn was, my mom’s case will be an “electronic case” Reading old forum posts, I thought CEAS was available only at a few select consular posts. Has it spread to more places now? Does anyone have a current list of consular posts that do CEAS?

it took 8 weeks before u got your case number after nvc sent your case to nvc

I submitted income tax return and they accepted it. All documents accepted or qualified on my case as well. I heard that it will take 7-10days for the interview date

I submitted tax return then received an RFE for a tax transcript. Better to send a tax transcript to be safe I think. I would’ve saved 2 weeks if I sent that in the first place 🤷🏻‍♀️
