Hi guys, I move to this thread because I need some help.

Hello,

I am completing  the I130 application and following the instruction and I need some help.

Part I - Question 3 /4 are not application - do I respond no or leave them blank. This is a petition for my mother.

Part II - I naturalized and used to have an Alien number, since I have naturalized do I still need to report the A-# for this application? Or is this directed toward permanent resident.

Part II - Question 30 - the petition is for mother only and father deceased 3 years ago, do they still need his information.

Thanks

Update for my parent’s 130, 765, 485 concurrent filing:

Dad: his 130 and 485 are still pending but he got his EAD card (765) yesterday which is very confusing. I thought 130 approval comes in first.

Mom: her 130 is approved and we received rfe for her 485 ( i was sooo nervous about this but apparently the rfe was bec the doctor didn’t sign a page in her medical form - aaarrggh!). We already responded a month ago but her 485 status hasn’t change - still says “we request for additional doc...” I do have the fedex tracking that it was delivered... does it change for you guys when you respond to rfe?

Hi Jazzy. Where is your service center? Congratulations!!!

Hi, I think you started a thread for August/September filers and you abandoned it. I'm sure we tried to answer your question there.

Hi didn't abandon it, since I started it...I don't seee many people in there yet and wanted a quick response while I was filling up the application. I went to an existing post who already done the process. Thanks

Ok thats cool. I have been following that thread and did mentions. However, have you sent the application now? And if so when, and what Service center.

No I am a August 30 / September filer. SO borderline on either side.

Ok and you mentioned passport but if you are petitioning for your mother do you need a passport of her?

Yes, for both of them.

Hi @MCO2018,

Congratulations!

I have applied for my parents as well. They are in the U.S. but I don't see any progress in their case. What is your local USCIS field office? Appreciate your response.

Our office is in Orlando, FL. My dad got his case approved in 4 months, my mom on the other hand is waiting for an interview but at least she received her work permit a couple weeks ago. I hope this helps.

Thank you  for your reply @Jazz_crazy. I wish you the best for your Dad's case. Please keep us posted if you have any updates.
