Hello, I have researching about sponsorship regarding Spouse visa. My question is: Is the sponsor allowed to sponsor multiple people? The sponsor has already sponsored the spouse's mother (she is already in US now). Can that same sponsor, sponsor for the spouse now? Are they allowed to do that?

I don't think your research included reading the I-864 instructions. <_<

A sponsor can sponsor as many people as their financial details qualify them to sponsor.  Becoming an A-Student of those instructions is going to be critical to your ultimate success.

Sponsorship in this context could be defined as either petitioning or financially supporting. There are differences between the two, you need to clarify which one. Certain country applicants could face additional scrutiny if an individual is seeking to sponsor multiple immigrants.

Could be, yes.  But, a mother and then later their own or somebody else's spouse, does not raise additional scrutiny.  A new spouse or fiance every couple years would be a different matter.

I read that the sponsor sponsored HIS mother.  Whether the sponsor is the OP's spouse or not is unclear to me.
