I need a urgent help here...the embassy asked me to bring my passport ID

I had a call from the embassy today that I should bring my passport ID  tomorrow at US embassy in Ghana what does that mean I’m really confused...

It means they have done all the background checks and need passport to process a visa

means congratulations

they, however, check the passport to see where you have traveled and this could affect the outcome

Well They hadmy passport already but I think they want the old passport I got with me or what

Maybe they have received your cosponsor information and want to issue your visa, if they already have your passport bring some form of ID whether it be an old ID just so you can then speak to someone in person at the embassy. Congrats!!

The consular officer has refused my visa again by saying I will be a public charge when I come to the state  after submitted my joint sponsor financial documents I was confused bcos my joint sponsor make enough money to sponsor me he make 59,317$ in 2017,2016 28094$ and 2015 33,754$ he is single. Here are the questions the co asked me yesterday

 who is my wife ? I tell him

 does she have children ? I tell him

who is my joint sponsor.? I tell him

where does she stay..? I tell him New York

he the ask me where my wife stays I tell him mississippi 

He asked me what is the distance From Mississippi to New York ..I tell him I don’t know the distance ...

he go ahead and ask me how can my friend who is my joint sponsor help my wife...and also how can my friend help me when I’m there and end up saying my joint sponsor didn’t qualify to sponsor me that I will still be a public charge when I come to the state..what else should I do now..thank you

If they have your passport already just emailed them that they have your passport and gives your passport number and the name to them, sometimes you can call them but normally calls are not working properly when you need them at particular time.This is the good sign for you to bring your passport.
