Our constitution hasn't really changed much so it would be interesting see it all go down in the Highest court of the land.
I would buy tickets.
Or at least watch it on PPV.
Maybe the profits will help us balance a budget or two.

The DOJ and various other scholars have already stated that the president could not pardon himself. 

 

 

I didn't know the DOJ or these scholars had the same authority the courts have in this matter.

It would be be a heavy weight legal battle that would set an epic precedence. 

That's why I am suggesting PPV.

Trump has been known to lie under oath .. so his trial would be some juicy television.

No because they were for lawsuits brought by 45 himself. So the suits were just thrown out.
