Having an attorney will not speed up any part of the process.

But at any rate - congratulations!

While it may not speed things up any, I think it helps to reduce the stress levels involved in the preparation of the K1 package.

I used a service that has prepared over 10k K1/K3 applications and it made me feel a LOT more confident about the process

Haha, it's nothing dude. I know how devastated it was to see updates and then not a single thing.

Actually I called 3 times. On the 1st try I didn't press the number for RFE info, so that was why I got nothing. But on 2nd and 3rd, well you know...

Just want to scream to all that our petition has been approved from the CSC in only 84 days. I think having an attorney helped big time. We had bare minimum evidence to submit and got approval without any RFE at all. :D:D:D:D

Thanks for the information.

The wait seems to be forever. I checked my status at USCIS and website and we got touched on the 9th but up to now we still don't have our NOA2. I am just praying that we don't get an RFE.

Congratulatiosn! to all the Feb filers who got their NOA2s. Hope I'll be next.

They seem to be moving faster than their systems can update, I'm sure you will be receiving your NOA2 soon!

I already have a official notice of receipt from the NVC, but my status on the USCIS website says I'm still pending....

I called them today and got a live person (amazing, I know) and he was perfectly willing to put in a service request for me, except the system for doing that was down. So now I have to call back on Monday and try to remember how I got to that "live" person and try this again...

Now I have to try and figure out the process for her interview scheduling and medical.

I know that after surviving this process we will be able to make it thru anything...its so nerve wracking!
