Daughter of US citizen

Hi,

We are close to the end hopefully of obtaining my daughters green card. She is getting it in the unmarried child of us citizen category, the NVC has received all our paperwork. What is the next step? I am getting very confused by everything I am reading online.

Do we need to submit a notification of readiness?

Can she just book her medical now?

Do you know how long it is between NVC receiving everything and scheduling the interview in London? I think I read 60 days somewhere.

Any help is appreciated.

Scarlet

You have to wait until NVC assigns her interview date. Then you make the medical appointment. It's a different process than K1 interviews because NVC has to approve all of your documents and collect your fees before they give out an interview.
