No respond from Ghana embassy after submitted new co sponsor docs

Timeline

I was refused a visa under section (a)(4),but I had submitted a new co sponsor i864 form together with financial docs to Ghana embassy on 15 May 2018 since then I didn’t get no message from the embassy and also I had sent them several messages no respond from them.my question is how long will it take them to complete reviewing the docs I submitted to them I’m so fustrated....

I went online and searched for my congressman. I then called the office and explained what I needed. I asked for their mailing address and also sent a letter with details.

Oh sorry to hear about ur refusal I was also refused a visa too after submitting second joint sponsor the CO still saying I will become a public charge but right now we hired attorney to help us to overcome it now is very sad but let’s keep praying but to my understanding they called ur husband to take his passport they are not going to issue him the visa,I also had the same experienced they called me to come over but no knowing that i was refused..

When they called you to pick up your passport from the Embassy did they tell you why you were refused at that time? So far we have no idea why we were refused or how to appeal.

Yes the CO said my joint sponsor didn’t qualify and I’m still going to be a public charge so I had sent them email and they response to me that 4A case do not expired and the petition is held at the embassy indefinitely or until adequate evidence is provided to overcome the decision...
