Let's see, when the leadership of a foreign country declares their desire for one's eradication, I think that sounds like war.

I'd like someone other than the IDF....just like I'm sure you wouldn't want Hamas investigating the incident.

 

That seems to be the reasonable approach...instead of claiming one side is perfect and without flaws and can decide for themselves when they have killed too many civilians.

OK, disputed territory with elected leadership (Hamas).  Sounds like a war against terrorism.

that was your claim, not mine. it's a distraction from the reality that of israel's treatment of the palestinian people the ol standby 'hamas/evil' excuse for their horrific actions towards these people.

the more serious questions is, do i believe that israel is in the wrong in it's treatment of palestinian refugees. and my answer is a certain yes.
