lol that's not what I said, read again. The defense is measured against the threat. Why don't they go deal with Assad who killed 600,000 people, every day in the middle east you have more than 100,000 people killed, the obsession against a Jewish state defending itself is asinine. Libya, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, surely the media can concentrate on the real issues but then that would mean they can't be hypocritical. Try and imagine what would have happened had these people been able to break in and reach one of the Israeli towns not far from the border, I mean we saw what they did to their own pipes. The threat is real and dealt with better than any other country would.

So the thread from elsewhere translates into a more violent aggressive response at the border itself. Gotcha.

This conservation is pointless. I like you, but it is clear we disagree on this. The fact that you aren't interested in any investigation into what happens shows you believe Israel can do no wrong. So nothing will change that.

A "human shield" position is meaningless if no one open fires with live rounds...

I've asked several times and the lack of evidence pretty much confirms my point. No Israelis were even harmed on Monday.

Killing 60 people was uncalled for.

None were killed,  because in war the objective is to make the other ### die for his country and make no mistake it's  war,  when your neighbors main goals are to wipe you of the planet.

Riddle me this liberals, is their any country in the middle East,  in which you could freely live your life as you choose other than Israel. Any country were women are emsapaited,  were freedom is real.

I saw you evidence. None of it mentions any Israelis even being injured. Thousands of Palestinians were.

Israeli had the right to defend themselves but their defense should he measured against the threat.

Oh so now we are saying the Palestinians were shot by their own people? Do you have some Israeli news website providing evidence for that as well?

So how would you defend yourself in a war with an enemy that wants to completely eradicate your existence?

yep, figured that out a while back. israel can do no wrong and any sort of resistance or protest from palestinians is a good enough excuse to kill them without discretion.

Sure, the Hamas leadership is all for a two state solution, completely recognize Israel's right to exist, never use their people as human shields,  simply want to live peacefully alongside Israel, and have never said anything about wiping Israel off the map?  Who is the bully here?

isreal/us is the bully here. please explain to me why the embassy needed to move to jerusalem?

Wrong again. I've always been happy to point out wrongdoings by Israel. I never said I'm not interested in an investigation. The IDF conducts its own investigations all the time. I even said some cases might need to get prosecuted. What I am against is any biased international meddling, no one has that right, period, and if Israel or the US allowed it, they would be spitting in the faces of these soldiers and playing right into Hamas' hands. The mere idea anyone thinks these soldiers should be investigated by anyone other than the IDF as if they are some kind of international criminals is offensive and isn't going to happen. Spend the time and resources where it actually matters, not by singling out a small Jewish state defending itself from terrorism.

Maybe because embassies belong in capitals?

facts:

RIGHT NOW Palestinian officials say at least 58 people have been killed in the latest round of protests.

• More than 2,700 Palestinian demonstrators were injured on Monday — at least 1,350 by gunfire — along the border fence with Gaza, the Health Ministry reported. The mass protests began on March 30 and had already left dozens dead.

Seems odd that you would be wanting to take a stroll along your side of the fence with all this lead flying around, are there not better spots to take your daily exercise?

Ohh.

Perhaps protesting somewhere safer might be an idea? Would save a lot of hassle.

'hassel'

but if 60 israelis had died while celebrating the embassy moving to jerusalem..well that would be a bit more than a hassel now wouldn't it.

If they were for example invading Gaza then well that is a risk that they take, And can hardly complain.
