Hello,

I submitted my aos and ead paperwork and had my biometrics for them both back in January.

I did not submit an advance parole application at the time and seeing how long the wait for a green card in chicago may be I decided to apply. I received my noa1 i797c for the advance parole today.

My question is - has anyone applied for advance parole later like me? Did you have to do a biometrics appointment?

And for those of you who did ..did you receive the AP and ead together or did you receive the ead fhan later just receive a paper for the AP

Thanks!

I guess other than that I am wondering if it will be a combo card for those who applied for ap late so I'll leave this question open if anyone has answers :)

It's possible I guess, that you might receive a combo card. Some people who filed their applications at the same time still got two separate documents, so anything can happen. I file for my EAD a month after I filed for AOS and AP, and I received EAD and AP as two separate documents. It doesn't matter.

Thanks ! I'm not as worried if they come separate I was more so curious if they will come at the same time as I've been waiting for my ead 4 months now. I wonder if they will make me wait 4 or more months for AP knowing I had submitted an ead. But who knows right. I guess it's up in the air but thanks for answering the bio question!
