I received an RFE from California service Center to remove my husbands conditions, I had until May 1st however I sent it back to them on April 5th 2018, does anyone know the current process times for them to process the information Received and send a response currently?

My RFE said to expect a response within 60 days of sending evidence. I sent mine on Feb 28th, USCIS received in the next day and USCIS updated my case status online as RFE response received on March 19th and on April 9th, the status was updated to say that it was sent to the local office (probably for review and to call me for an interview). So all in all, the USCIS are pretty efficient in handling RFE cases. One of the users commented that he got his RFE approved within 17 days! So..good luck to both of us.

Hi What documents did you send? I received the same RFE letter, can you help me with the new documents that you sent?
