So three weeks ago I was checking my case status and it said that the post office returned my notice to USCIS because it couldn't deliver it. I moved in January and filed a change of address back then and got confirmation. I went online and submitted a service request. Today, on my case history it said that a representative has responded to the request. I asked for an email confirmation of this but haven't received one. Should I wait or call them? I don't want to miss this notice of action again. Thanks.
