"All applicants must register their delivery address online." Uh... what am I missing?

K1 visa, approved via "congratulations.." last Friday in Manila.

My fiancee received a form.  It says:

All applicants must register their delivery address online.  We are unable to deliver your passport and visa if you fail to register a delivery address.  It lists Philippine numbers and says:

Callers in the US should call 703-520-2235 on its Eastern Standard Time equivalent of operation hours.

I take it that I should call at, for instance, 9pm my time because it will be 9AM Manila time.  At first I read it call during EST hours and called.

What confuses me is there does not seem to be any reference to "online registry."

Is there an "online" way to enter the delivery address?  I'd like to use 2GO to deliver it.  Is there a fee and how do you pay such fee?

Thanks

When my fiance filled out the DS-160 and scheduled the interview she was required to input the address where she'd like the visa delivered, so she put her home address.  Later we determined that she'd likely be visiting her family in the province when the visa is ready for delivery (2 weeks back home, begining 4 days after the interview) so she went in and changed the delivery to 2Go branch near her parents' home.  2Go delivery is included in the visa fee.   They can deliver to a home address, a local 2Go branch, or pickup in Manila at the 2Go branch at MOA.

I read that 2Go will only hold for a few days, then return it.  The information I've heard is from 3 to 14 days and I assume it varies at each branch (this is the Philippines, what they say happens and what actually happens can vary).  I was concerned about what happens if nobody is home to receive the visa or if the specific person was not home, so we're going the branch office closest to where she'll be, then she'll pick it up when they call her.

I hope the above help.  Best of luck.

Edit: Oh, and Congratz on your approval!

Thanks Grant.  For some reason the person at the Emassy gave her a handout, so I would suspect that they need an address.

Is there any way that I can go online and make sure and/or give it to them?

Oops, not the DS-160 page, it's the interview page.  http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/index.html?firstTime=No.  I just logged into my fiance's account and I can see the delivery info there.

Ah, therein lies the problem.  It is her account, not mine and I don't know the pw, so apparently I cannot enter or change delivery address.  We'll do it this evening when we chat.

Thanks again.

1st I will say that this "requirement" is aimed at immigrant visas .. they do not setup an acct/profile on USTRAVELDOCS during their visa process.

I can tell you didn't read to the bottom ... LOL!!   But you should be fine as it asks for this information when your fiancee setup her profile to schedule the interview.
