Current VAWA processing times for Vermont Service Center

Hello, 

 

Just a back story: I applied for my VAWA case on May 2017 and I received a Prima Facie Review of I-360 form right away. (I also received a renewal of the prima facie on Jan 2018 which will expire in July 2018.)

 

I've been flowing the Vemont Service Centers processing times over the old uscis link and they were up to Nov 21, 2016 cases. Now that the website has changed it appears the processing times went back to September 20, 2016. I was relying on the uscis websites timeline but now its conflicting. Does anyone know what dates they are currently working on and how long it would take to reach may 2017?

You posted in the wrong section. I moved your thread to a forum where VAWA is discussed.

Follow the "VAWA, part 10" thread in this forum, as petitions get approved members usually post about it.  Right now we're seeing approvals for November and December 2016, so around 16-17 months from filing date.  (Though it may take longer if timeframes continue to increase as they've been doing.)

Do you have work authorisation just want to know or. You only applied 360?

I only applied for the I360 since my ex spouse was a green card holder. I assumed applying for work authorization wouldnt help my case.

Does anybody knows what this means I file vawa on December 5 2017 and then today I got this update I haven’t send anything yet and my lawyer haven’t tell me anything about him sending anything I will ask him tomorrow if he has send anything🤔🤔🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I'm not sure maybe your attorney sent a Prima Facie renewal request or sent another document to back up your case.

Hello! I have been since end of May 2017 waiting for an answer but nothing!

Agree about web processing time, I found it strange that they jump form Nov 2016 backwords to Sept 2016, no idea!

My lawyer said I have to wait another 3months up to 7 months more...

I wonder how many VAWA applications form May 2017 were already answer.

Just reading this thread now. What stage are you at now in your case? Have you received an approval for the vawa as yet? I pray everything ent smooth.
