Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative

Hello everyone who is wanting or waiting for the Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative for your spouse, I am in the middle of the processing and hope to share some timeline with you.

 

8/6/2017       We mailed Form I-130 and I-130A to USCIS, it is overnight shipping. 

8/8/2017       We received noticed from USPS that they have shipped to USCIS

8/17/2017     USCIS sent us the I-797C and updated on the website that they received our application

3/5/2018       USCIS updated on their website and sent us the Request for Evidence

3/12/2018     We received the mail from post office for the Request for Evidence

3/26/2018     We sent back the needed of request back to USCIS, ETA supposed on 3/28/2018

3/30/2018     We received noticed from USPS that they was delay, and finally shipped to USCIS on 3/30/2018

4/6/2018        We received the update from USCIS website that they received our RFE on 4/3/2018 and start to work on our case
