it doesn't matter that she doesn't have income

 

as the petitioner, she is the primary sponsor, so she has to mark 1, yes if she is only sponsoring 1 person

 

you haven't mentioned who is your wife petitioning

 

she would mark 3 if she is filing for a married siblings and the whole family is coming together

Hello,

 

We file our taxes jointly.  My husband already filled out the section where it asks the last three years tax info in the I-864a.  Do I fill out the same info in Part 4 - Your Federal Tax Information and Assets under the Tax Year / Tax income section?
