Spouse file I 130 returned to uscis from us embassy

So since my wife case back to uscis from usa embassy for review ( I 130 ) no news so far been 7 and half month since they recieved it , every time I make online inquiry I recieve responde say that it on line for officer review ,,  so I did another online inauiry and this time it say (( Your case is currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter))

did any of you guys recieved like this responde just want to know thats its not copy and paste and if it going to be real this time . Thank you
