Everyone,

I received the NOA2 letter last week, so I have began to fill out the I-134 form. I have a few questions.

1. My annual income is roughly 7 or 8 times the minimum requirement. Do I still need to provide bank statements, and list all of my assets?

2. Question 5 asks for the value of my other personal property. Do I really need to estimate and tally up the value of all my furniture, tools, electronics, etc. etc.?

3. I have 401K accounts and an IRA. Do I need to list these? Would these be listed for question 6, which asks the value of stocks and bonds?

4. Do I need to include my tax forms? I have been employed full time for the past 13 months. I was self employed for nearly 4 years before that.

5. If I do need to include my tax forms, can I submit my own copies (I file with Turbo Tax) or do I need to obtain them from the IRS website?

Thanks in advance!

1 year of taxes to prove your income is fine ..that's what we did. You can request your income tax transcript to be mailed to you by simply entering your ssn number online. They use your address on file. Super easy and it comes within a week or so. Otherwise you have to show 1040 and w2 etc. We did both.

We put an estimated  valued of personal property but aswell were well above the poverty line. I believe this is only really required If someone is close to the poverty line and Wanted to use their assets as income... honestly at that point we weren't sure so we just put it on the form so we wouldnt get any rfe's. We did submit the bank account balances Etc just to be on the safe side.

The Tax form is the most important because they need proof of your income. I think we submitted too much but better safe than sorry.
