In part 2 of the I-129F form, Item 53, it asks to describe the circumstances of our in-person meeting. How do I describe that? Do I give the whole story, or is there a short way to describe it?

I met with my fiance at the Iloilo airport. We went back to her family's home and spent 2 days. Met the family and neighbors, had BBQs, went into town shopping, had family lunch at restaurants. After 2 days, my fiance, her brother and I took a domestic flight to Cebu and spent 1 week in a resort island called Malapascua.

How did you originally meet your now fiancee? Online? At a bar? School?

For example I met my now husband online, we became friends and then a few years later we met in person in my home country. What do you mean by meeting her at an airport? You met an stranger at an airport and then you went to her home?

Oh sorry about that. Yes we met online in a facebook dating group. Became a couple after 2 months of talking and met in person 1 year later.

Ok then that's what they want to know pretty much. You met her on facebook and then became friends, etc and then you went to visit her X times. They don't need to know all the details but a general idea of how it happened. How the relationship developed.

If you met her on FB then you need to inform them that and then the times you visited her in person, etc. Remember that meeting face to face has to be within 2 years of filing, that is one of the requirements for K1.

the question on the form is : describe the circumstances of your in-person meeting  , they dont ask you about how you met online , for me i just told them we mete in xxxxx from xxxxx to xxxxx and that's it and i got my NOA2 in 4 month , adding too much information that they dont ask for may result in unesseccary delay or RFE ,

They only care how you initially met in person.  The 1-129f states that or used to state that.

Just put something like " I was in Philippines from 1/2/18 to 2/11/18 and meet my (Name) fiancé at Iloilo airport"  That is all they care about.  Don't use a supplemental, just fill in the spaces available on the I-129f form.

Trust Me on this:   I have 3 K1 approvals doing this way.

You did 3 K1s?   Is that even possible?  Be careful this is not a bar, they will cut you off at some point my friend.

As far as I know there is no limits.  They put a waiver clause in there a few years ago where you request a waiver for multiply filings.

I had to do that my last K1, but it was just a simple request I did on a sheet of paper.

If I was a betting man, I would say I will be doing a 4th K1 in a few years.
