Just like any other international flight, once getting off the plane she will walk to the immigration point, wait in line, and pass through immigration. Then pick up luggage at the baggage claim and pass through customs. If she is connecting to another flight, she will then have the option to recheck her bags. She can then exit and meet you outside the immigration/customs area and you can all go together to take the tram to the domestic terminal and to your next flight.
