Incorrect "residence since" date on card

Hello,

 

After about 17 months, I finally received my 10-yr green card! Unfortunately though, the "residence since" date on my 10-year green card was 03/18/18 and the expiration date is 03/29/18. Is this something that I need to worry about? The original date on my 2-year conditional green card was 12/23/14, and I am planning to apply for my N-400. I am scared that even if I give them both my old and new GC, they would reject my application because of their own mistake. I wonder if others also has the same problem? Did you guys apply for a replacement? Did you talk to someone?

12282014 (Day 106): Received Green Card in the mail!

100716 (Day 0): Mailed our I-751 Application packet to the California Service Center (CSC)

101316 (Day 6): Checks en-cashed ($590 total)

101916 (Day 12): Received NOA for I-751 

010517 (Day 78): Biometrics appointment

091317 (Day 341): I-551 passport stamp from local field office (Anchorage, AK)

031418 (Day 523): Approval Letter Date

032018 (Day 529): Received Approval Letter in the mail

040618 (Day 546): Received Green Card in the mail!

Did you end up filling for a replacement?

Or did you just take both GC with you?
