Wet signature on documents for interview

Hi: 

 

I have a dumb question. Anyone that filed their K1 in Kiev, did you have to have a wet signature for your documents? My package is still in limbo in the customs in Ukraine. Unfortunately it is also Easter Holiday there. I am taking another set of copies with me to her interview, which I intend to attend. My plan was for her to have all the originals I-134 etc before i get there. Not so much luck so far. I just don't want to take a photocopy of my employers letter to be dismissed and to go to my bank and ask for another letter of account statements. Both where time consuming and pain in the rear to ask, but if neccessary i will go and get them again.

A copy of a letter from your employer should be fine.

As for the bank statements, why can't you print them out from your online account?

for the bank letter i got a sample like this: 

 

Bank letterhead

name

address

type of account

available balance

average balance

Status

issued by a bank manager or account manager (not teller)

 

it was dated  and signed by the branch manager

I think if you bring a copy of this letter plus a couple of annual online statements, you should fine.

it's also likely your package with originals will eventually arrive to your fiancee.

i think you are right. I am just in a timecrunch. I leave next Saturday and the following Tuesday is our interview. We are both a mess.

Everything can be scanned and emailed and printed in country.  You are fine

yes, we talk in English. I'd love to learn Russian, but I am having problems deciphering the Cyrillic alphabet still.
