Hello,

My fiance and I are thinking on filling for the fiance visa, but I still am studying at university in my country.

I am wondering if I could finish my undergraduate program after I adjust my status in the US. I am thinking maybe it would be best to finish my degree in the US so then I can start working using my degree, instead of getting my degree in my country and then trying to validate the degree in the US.

I have been looking for information online but they only have info for international students on a F1 visa, so i am not sure if the process in general would apply to me.

So my question is, is it possible to do this? has any of you done this? which option would be best?

Thanks in advance!

Well you would presumably be looking at 2019, might be an idea to have a chat with the Uni you are looking at transferring to, make sure that you can transfer the credits and of course that you can afford the Tuition Fees.
