Is there any San antonio, June/July filer in this thread???

Here!
Filed for N400 at the end of July 2018 with a pending I-751, this will be based on 3 year marriage. I got a letter in December 2018 saying my file was transferred to Lee Summit MO, so I am uncertain what that means for my timeline.
They said my expected case completion date would be in Oct 2019.

What about you?
Or anyone else with a similar timeline and situation?

I have an ROC pending. I plan to file N400 in April once I become eligible to apply for it.

I am assuming the average processing for N400 at San Antonio field office is about 10 months?

Did the Interviewing Officer mention anything about the possible dates for oath taking ceremonies? I am guessing you didn't have a pending ROC.

She didn't mention any date or time for me.

I already got my 10 years green card.

Hi.

There is one oath ceremony on 23rd April in San Antonio. Let’s see if we get the same.

I had my interview on 1/31/19 and application approved on 2/5/19.

I have been waiting since then for my oath to be scheduled.

It is now 2 months to the date.

Is anyone from the San Antono office experiencing this type of wait for oath?

Just replying to follow this topic for the SA field office. Looks like interview and approval are coming quick but there's a wait for the actual oath. I didn't find any good info from searching the timelines either.

N-400 application 10/14/2018

Biometrics  11/05/2018

Interview 05/13/2019

Approval ???

Oath  ???

Why is there a delay in Oath ceremony scheduling seems very strange.

I am planning to file my N400 soon. I hope they process it efficiently along with the Oath Ceremony. It seems Oath Ceremony logistics is the unknown overhead in the processing time of N400.

Thanks for the response guys.

I agree that the interview and approvals are happening fairly quickly compared to other offices but the oath is just too long.

They really should open up more oath sessions.

I mean it really just requires a presiding judge.
