I got a notification this evening as well that an oath ceremony has been scheduled. Hopefully I see the date tomorrow. Exciting news though

Hey, I think I'm in the same situation as you. I filed online Sep 3 (5 year rule, not marriage based) and no updates on biometrics since. I live in Austin.

Until yesterday, no movement. Today however atleast they are giving 4 days:

Great! Finally some indication of your application moving forward. I just checked my account and it says 3 months until decision but since I had applied 3 months later it makes sense

Today, just passed the interview, waiting for the oath ceremony to be schedule. I guess San Antonio don't do same day oath. Is anyone expecting oath ceremony to be scheduled? How long does it take after interview?

Can you share your timeline, when did you get biomtrics?

I applied in June, and still no biometrics yet. Now even estimated time is gone.

Thanks, mine was a little bit delayed too. I applied on May but moved to Texas in the middle, I did biometrics on March. I missed earlier biometrics date, then rescheduling takes another 3 months. Have you called them to ask about your biometrics? I would do that.

yea.. I got to Tier 2 as well.. It's been over a month even for that. They said I can't call until I reach outside time window. Which looks like 13 months from apply date. My file date is June 22. Currently they are at Receipt date for a case inquiry: March 31, 2020

Looks like San Antonio has increased it's processing time again, to 14.5 months.. Ridiculous!! Why does it takes citizenship application to process in more than a year?

When did you apply? My wife’s status says 5 months and applied at the end of December 2020?

June 22nd.

It will be very long time before your wife will get it unless they really speed it up.

But again, there are some people in this thread who were in spousal category and received it much faster. So good luck.
