Still no email packet we were told to,wait for at the appointment at Abu Dhabi Jan 15. So filled missed appointment and wrote explanation no interview given,and told to go home and wait for email packet. Still no idea when will receive email and schedule the interview. So no. No interview. No news. No update. Just emails saying sorry for the inconvience from the Abu Dhabi embassy. He had to renew his UAE residency visa and work visa already. So doesn't really matter on how long the wait is now. And yes I have called and emailed many times asking for this packet since January 15th. Case has been ready since Dec 13,2018. Now 2 was Oct 26,2018

I'm so sorry to hear this. We filed Dec 16, 2016 was finally accepted in AD June 2017, said ready until September 18 when we finally received packet 3. Interview December 30, 2018, now in AP since then just to give a little of our timeline.

@GeeRaf @Greenbaum Do we need the printed DS-160 application? When we submitted our DS-160 application the computer froze and the web browser closed. We got the confirmation but don't have the DS-160 application printed. Will this be a problem?

Yoh only need the confirmation page showing the bar code. When is your interview?

Thank you our interview is February 27th. I am also confused if I need 2018 taxes because I have not filed yet because I am waiting for additional paperwork from my 401K. I have the transcript from 2015, 2016 and 2017 with W-2 from 2013-2018 with employment letter with salary and title.

After not being interviewed Jan 15,.. Waiting the packet 3 another month almost.. Interview Feb 13. But may have to reschedule if his passport is not back in time from his uae visa/work renewal

Wow I hope he gets his passport back soon. My fiance's visa is up in May we even considered renewing work visa in case there was delay for P3. I pray that you guys get the passport back soon. Best of luck!

Yes hated having to renew and will have to pay to get out of the 2 year work contract is approved
