Where Oh Where is My Wife's Green Card??

Moved prior to wife's arrival on CR1 in early September of 2017.  One week after arrival, went online and changed address on file.  Also, called and spoke to a case worker and had him change it in his system.   Sometime in October of 2017 I paid the Green Card fees online.  On December 27th received status update that Green Card had been returned to send.  Mailed to the original address, instead of the updated address.  Have attempted to change address by phone several additional times.  After several call back, keep getting the same information from case worker that we need to wait 90 days.  Still nothing in the mail.  Online status still showing the original message that green card returned to sender on 12/27.  NOW, we have purchased a home and have moved again.

Do I need to make an appointment and take her to visit USCIS in person to get something done?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you all for the help!!

Yep, go through your senator or congressman’s immigration aide - they have direct line of communication with USCIS.

Email the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV
The Ombudsman provides an impartial and independent perspective to USCIS in an attempt to resolve problems.

Make a infopass with your local USCIS office.

Did you go online and update your address .. again?  ;)

You may need an infopass to your local USCIS office to get this fixed as it appears no one pays attention to your address updates..
