I'm sponsoring my husband's green card and when we filled the i485 I Informed that I currently have no income and that I'm living off my parents and that they are currently paying all my bills in the US (I'm an American citizen and grew up in brazil).

I received a letter about 7 days ago requesting for more evidence about my financials and how I can support my husband financially .

Can I use real estate property back in Brazil as proof of income? My parents send me about 75k a year to cover rent and college expenses, would this be enough to show USCIS that I have enough income to support my husband in the US or I have to find someone to sponsor him? (my parents do not live in the US).

The money your parents send you is not considered income. It's a gift that they could choose to stop sending at any time. This will not meet the I-864 requirements.

One way would be if your parents send you 75k a year then I’m sure you have a lot of savings which you can use for AOS requirements. Total savings divided by 3 of course.
