A multiple filer waiver is NOT required for a second filing for the SAME beneficiary

YMMV

If you are not able to travel before the current visa expires you need to have the USC re-petition for you

does it mean that we have to do it all over again? and what do you think is the approval rate?😢😢😢

Why don't you buy yourself the ticket? You can use a credit card if you have one.  Can his family/parents help with the ticket? What is his diagnosis?

This is becoming a regular feature of this forum - USCs who can't afford tickets for their Filipina fiancées:

How is he going to feed and house the two of you for months until you can work if he can't even afford a few hundred for a plane ticket? Or can't you buy your own ticket? Maybe he will need to move to the Philippines where at least you can work.

actually we're fine before its just happened the accidents and he has a bill also that comes in specially on his bussiness but it didnt profit that much but he dont want to get rid of it coz if ever he is healed enough he can work good again but there a circumtances happen again and he needs to undergo surgery yesterday,he stayed here in the philippines for 9 months and we're fine..  we cant just control some circumstances in our lives..
