Which Consulate?

Not normally considered one of the longer AP locations but can take time.

morocco will check all the documents she produced at her interview with careful attention to the post high school education and/or 2 years job experience in a techical field

they will watch during this time to make sure no criminal activity has occured

they will check on proposed US residency and income to support her while she is in the process of relocating

If you are selected in the green card lottery you will NOT receive a letter from the U.S. Department of State Kentucky Consular Center in Williamsburg, Kentucky, you will not receive any communication at all. It is the applicants responsibility soly to check on-line if they were selected or not in the DV Lottery. If you check on-line and you were selected a winner confirmation page will appear, see example above. This winner notification will inform you, that you have been selected in the DV lottery. Being selected in the Diversity Visa Lottery does not automatically guarantee that you will receive a green card. Each year more lottery winners are selected to apply for green cards than there are green cards available, so it is important that selectees act promptly. If you are selected in the lottery, you will be required to file a formal visa application and attend a visa interview at a U.S. Embassy prior to receiving your visa or adjust your status if you are located in the United States.

This is NOT a government site, please do not spread falsehoods! This is a site that just tries to get you to pay for stuff you can easily do yourself! OP or anyone else please do not rely or even look at unofficial sites.

The only official DV sites end in .gov . The main one is https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/

and the site for selectees is https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/diversity-visa-program-entry/diversity-visa-if-you-are-selected.html ...which the OP will know about already because it is linked in the selection notification from KCC.
