To Whom It May Concern,

 

My step daughter entered the US from the Dominican Republic with a IR2 visa about 1 1/2 year ago. She was 15 at the time. was she supposed to receive her green card sometime after her entry or do I have to apply to adjust her status in the US again? Thank you for your help!

Did you ever pay the visa fee?
