hello guys,i hope everyone is doing well, so i am soo mad , beause its been well over 60 days since my husband had delivered his requested documents. i do understand that NVC in islamaba

d pakistan dont count weekends or holy days in "60"days process, but his interview was 1/4/18 and document were droped on 1/5/18, as of today no answer, the file was updated at 6 times(last update was 1/27/18) been calling islamabad no one answers the phone. when i emailed the responce i got was we can not disclose the details( maybe itwas an automatic respond) i just dont no what to do.

You wait.  Indefinitely, with no access to any information.  That's how it works.  You are not dealing with NVC.  It's the Consular Immigrant Visa Unit.

i hv tried calling nvc too, but they say they cant help beacuse the file in at islamabad, its just i dont understant why they are taking time, it was a simple document. i guess just wait and watch

NVC has nothing to do with your case anymore. It's at the consulate. Some people from certain countries just have to wait a bit longer sometimes. Nothing else you can do other than wait.

September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)

October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Whats was the document and are there any red flags in your case?

Like everyone else said, 60 days is nothing in the world of USCIS. I would advise you to be patient and then expect to wait for a long time for things to progress. The new administration has decided to use more "realistic" timeline for visa processing, so embrace yourself.

I am mad too. My case turned to AP from Ready even before visa interview. I have not received anything from NVC or Guangzhou embassy for interview schedule yet. I have been waiting since Jan. 30, 2018. Does anyone have experience similar to this? AP before interview scheduling?
