DS160 picture error

Hi

 

please help if you can!

im filling in the ds160, I upload my picture which it says is accepted eg size, resolution is all good.

then it states there is an error and to try again later! 

 

Ive tried this in 2 separate laptops and my phone, I’ve changed the size of the picture, changed the resolution, cropped to a square still no luck. Has anyone else had this and how did you fix it?

I had the same Problem. I put a different Picture. You can also send it without a Picture. But you Need to bring Pictures at the embassy if you dont put a pic online. Put another pic and see if you get the same error

thank you for replying 

I’ve tried loads of different pictures but it won’t let me progress without attaching one, 

the review page button is grey so I can’t do anything 

seriously stressing me out

 You have to have your photo in JPEG Format. Maybe it is a technical problem
