Review of Fire Inn, A Hotel close to Ukraine Medical Exam Facility

Hey all! 

 

I just noticed that the new medical facility is at  Tarasivska 15 and realized in fall of 2017 I stayed a hotel that is very close to that location, right up the street Fire Inn and thought I'd mention it as an option if you need one.

If you're looking for a place to stay if your significant other has a long travel and needs a hotel, this will do a fine job.

 

It's nothing fancy, but it is clean and acceptable, even by Western standards, and the price is pretty good too. Really the only thing negative I have to say about the place is the hallways to get the the rooms are a little narrow and have weird corners in them, so dragging larger pieces of luggage through them was a bit of a pain.

 

There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance, but it's not the most exciting area of Kyiv. 

 

The desk staff spoke English, and of course Ukrainian/Russian and was very friendly. I had no problem having a taxi scheduled for me early the next morning either.
